Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the service. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation or reschedule is requested within 24 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
